Safari Itinerary

ARRIVAL DAY

As you land at Kilimanjaro International airport or Arusha Airport, you'll be warmly greeted by your experienced driver-guide, ready with a comfortable safari vehicle to kick off your Tanzanian adventure. We'll ensure you have bottled mineral water and soft drinks for your comfort during the 45-50 minute road transfer to your chosen lodge or hotel in Arusha for an overnight stay. Your lodge or hotel stay includes bed, and breakfast.

DAY 01: DRIVE ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK FOR GAME DRIVES

At 8:00 am, following breakfast, your guide will pack your luggage and safari lunches for a 2.5-hour drive to Tarangire National Park for an authentic day of game drives, and game viewings. This expansive park boasts diverse landscapes, including woodlands, baobab trees, and flooded grasslands. You'll enjoy thrilling game drives with chances to see lions, hyenas, zebras, elephants, wildebeests, and various bird species. Lunch at a picnic area, followed by more game drives en route to your lodge or camp for an overnight stay. Your lodge or camp stay includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

DAY 02: EXPLORE THE NGORONGORO CRATER

As the African sun rises, enjoy breakfast and set off for Ngorongoro Crater. This vast volcanic caldera, encircled by towering walls, hosts a rich variety of wildlife and bird species, including the rare black rhinoceros. During game drives, you'll encounter; hippos, ostriches, buffaloes, wildebeests, ibis stocks, starlings, lions, elephants, Kori bustards, crane birds, hyenas, gazelles, and many more fascinating creatures. After a day of exploration, ascend the crater walls and return to your lodge or camp for an overnight stay. Your lodge or camp stay includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

DAY 03: DRIVE TO LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK FOR GAME DRIVES TO ARUSHA

After an 8:00 am breakfast, set off from the lodge or camp with your delectable packed lunches for a day of game drives and wildlife sightings in Lake Manyara National Park. Nestled at the base of the African Great Rift Valley, this park is hidden within towering escarpment walls and features lush green forests and a Soda Lake. Expect to encounter wildebeests, giraffes, baboons, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, and a rich variety of bird species. You can also observe hippos from an elevated wooden trail. Enjoy your lunch at a designated picnic site followed by additional drives en route to the exit gate ready for a further drive back to your hotel or lodge in Arusha for an overnight stay. Lunch is included.

DEPARTURE DAY

Today is a leisure day, tailored to your flight schedule. You will be conveniently picked up from your hotel for transportation to the airport, where you'll embark on your onward journey.
